Regina De Rozario (the “Owner”) and her designated team (“we”, “us”, “our”) are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals that interact with us in respect to our business and services (“Users”).

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) serves to inform you of the basis for which we collect, use, disclose or process personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, 2012 (“PDPA”).

Other privacy policies may also apply with regard to Research Projects, Calls for Participation or Contributions posted to this website. Project-specific privacy policies will be posted on their respective webpages, where applicable. 

Personal Data

As used in this Notice, “personal data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data; or from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access.

Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, some examples of personal data which we collect include names, contact information, residential addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers. 

Identification numbers such as NRIC and FIN are generally not collected, unless we need to prepare a contract or license agreement for the goods or services we provide to you, or if your identification number is required by law.

If you are browsing this Website or using its search function, please note that the Website’s server may automatically receive and log visitor information from your browser. This information includes IP addresses, types of keyword searches, and pages requested, which are reviewed from time to time to help us improve the design and content of the Website. We do not receive any data that would allow us to identify who our visitors are individually.

Purpose of collecting and using your personal data

We will only request for, collect, use, and process your personal data in order to establish and manage our relationship with you, and to conduct our business with you. This may include:

Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, we will retain your personal data for the purposes of managing your relationship with us, even if our business with you has concluded or altered.

If you have purchased an artwork or service from us, or have made a contribution to us, we will retain the personal data that you submitted to as a necessary part of our business records. If you have requested for us to contact you in respect to new activities, we will use your personal data to keep you updated.

Disclosure to third parties

In general, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties without obtaining your consent to do so. However, there may be certain situations where we may need to disclose your personal data to third parties without first obtaining your consent. These include, but are not limited to situations where:

· Third party service providers (such as delivery agents and installers) are required to fulfil the delivery of goods and/or services to you;

· We are required to comply with any applicable laws and regulations, or to assist in law enforcement investigations;

· We need to enforce our rights under a contract with you.

Transfer of personal data outside of Singapore

We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer to be made.

We review our privacy policy and practices from time to time and reserve the right to amend this Notice at our discretion without prior notice. The most updated version will be posted on this page and dated.
